Product arrived quickly and I like it. The reason it didn't get 5 stars is because you can't just slide the bar out to change the toilet paper roll - rather you have to completely unscrew it so it takes some time. If you have a house with kids - forget it. They will just leave the new roll sitting on top of the holder.
