The Pipe Can be Cut on the non-tapered end (The Top) using a pipe cutter to accommodate lesser Heights. The pipe material is made of Stainless Steel then Finished in Brass PVD. Please Beware by extending the Flush Pipe you should plan to buy the Fill Pipe Extender or adjust your Water Supply Line Height.
