They fit my 3.5 inch drawers. Holes in the drawers and handles lined up correctly. Unfortunately they came with short screws. The screws were barely long enough to go through my 3/4" drawer fronts. The screws work to keep the handles on, but I may have to get longer screws in the future if they loosen up with use. I'm assuming the screws are regular threading that is available at the hardware store.
Easy to install, looks better than the original pulls.
