The perfect screw to add 'detail' to my track door.I've been looking for rustic style screws for months, ever since I converted a factory hollow-core door into a track door with antique cast iron straps.My carpenter had just sharpied the set of screws he had. It was okay, but not 'right'. I finally found these from Renovator's. Shipped fast. Perfect replacement. They give the straps the added authenticity they needed. We were looking for some old looking fasteners to hang some old looking metal signs with and I found these on Amazon. When they arrived we hung one sign and the Pyramid screws looked fantastic against the 'old' sign.Definitely recommend this product!
The finish does scrape off easily. I suggest pre-tapping just by running a similar threaded steel screw in and out once then installing this only at the end.

These screws closely matched the ones we currently had. The heads were a bit rounded instead of squarer like the only ones. I had to spray paint them black since they looked a bit brown when used with the black hinges. Bought 25 but only 21 were received.
