I am restoring a 200+ year old historic home. I may go to the hardware store several times a week for screws and other small items. It makes so much sense to me to buy a quantity of these hard to find screws and have them delivered. All brass, classic screws that match my brass door handles. Thank You for your excellent products and saving me time and money. My house looks with polished hardware and screws that match the hardware.
I purchased these to replace screws in an old grand piano. Perfect match and worked great!
These are very high quality, look and even feel like if they were made in early 1920's.
seems be real brass!
A screw is a screw and these were fine.
These screws are exactly what I needed for the project I was working on. I needed the common slotted head which is impossible to come by at the local big box stores. These were perfect and delivered to my door in a timely manner.
I used these brass slotted screws for vintage brass sash & cup pulls on cabinets for an early 20th century home. Nice raw brass. Only issues: a few of the slots were too shallow to turn (screwdriver would not catch). Also, a few were wrong diameter (#4, not #6 as ordered). Perfect size for mounting cabinet hardware.
Next to impossible to find these screws in a store. Good quality and the head polishes up beautifully. These give a much better appearance than flat head screws. I wouldn't hesitate to order these again.
These screws worked perfect for my period project which called for the use of repurposed hinges. Nice to find someone who is still interested in preserving the past. I will definitely be continuing to use this site for future projects.
They were exactly the size I needed at a great price.
My 1928 house has 47 windows with brass hardware that is attached with these screws. We've lost many of the screws over the years, so it was great to find the exact size and oval head shape we needed.
