BEST POLISH EVER!
M. THOMPSON

I have used this polish for well over 25 years. It is so gentle to all kinds of metals. No scratches. Easy to use, and so very kind and gentle to your gold, brass or sterling silver. I would not use anything else. Whether you buy it in the tube or in the can, the product works well. Since I use it so much, I now buy it in the can, but I still like the tubes as well for traveling. Great product. Thank you Simichrome, your the best!

The Best !

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS, BEFORE THE INTERNET. IT WAS GREAT THEN AND GREAT NOW.. FOR A LONG TIME, I COULD NOT FIND IT. THEN A CAR RESTORATATION CO. TOLD ME WHERE TO BUY IT. NOW THE INTERNET.. MAKES IT EASY. YOU DO NOT NEED ALOT DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE PIECE YOU ARE POLISHING. YOU WILL GET A MIRROR SHINE. POLISH A PENNY FROM YOUR POCKET CHANGE BEFORE YOU USE IT. IT IS A FINISH POLISH ! BUFF IT WHEN YOU THINK YOU ARE DONE WITH A CLEAN CLOTH...PRETTY AMAZING !

Best all around polish going...

If you need to polish something, from fine sculptures to watch faces, this is the best stuff going. I've used it for years and always keep it around. You can "de-scratch" plastic items very well. With a buffing wheel, you can put a fine shinny surface on aluminum. If you are careful when opening the can, no problem...

Excellent on fine Jewlery without any damage
Linda Grannen

This is the best hidden secret used by professional Jewlery makers. Estate finders all know about this. I’ve bought silver items on eBay that turned black since someone used harmful chemicals on fine Jewlery. Never do that! I’ve taken those pieces to a Jeweller and they have put them into the sonic machines and hand polished and the tarnish didn’t come off. The damage looked to be permanent until I used simichrome. This is the only product that will not do any damage to your fine silver jewelry and it gets the tarnish all off!!! I use on my David yurman, Tiffany, John hardy...all my really expensive pieces. Love this product. Worth the money. Just a small dab needed and rub it .

Play a Bare Brass Tuba? Get This Stuff.
PachydermTop Contributor: Woodworking

No other brass polish works so well on heavily worn and tarnished nickel silver (copper/nickel alloy). If you have a raw brass tuba this will make taking off a nasty patina much easier, and your nickel silver trim and outer slide tubes will shine like a mirror (or bright silver plate). As with Brasso, Weenol, or any other brass polish, you must degrease the metal after polishing to keep from having black residue on your hands and clothes for days afterward. Trichloroethylene (Solvent 111, AKA dry cleaning fluid) works best but is hazardous and hard to even purchase. The next best degreaser for this sort of application is simply Mineral Spirits on an old teeshirt or diaper. In a pinch you can use denatured alcohol, but you will still get some black off the metal over time. Degreasing also seems to keep the metal shiny for a longer time. This polish is quite popular with classic car guys and Harley owners as it polishes chrome really well, too.

I found it the best thing to polish your gold
jt

Have been using it over 50 years. I discovered it from a jeweler years ago. The only place then was to get it at a jewelers supply in small tubes. I found it the best thing to polish your gold, silver, brass or most any other metals and is the easiest one on the market. Also have recommended it to many of my friends and bought many many tubes for them when it was unavailable to the public.

Simichrome is the best metal polish -- ever.
David W. Johnson

I have been using Simichrome for more years than you have been alive.Simichrome requires some "elbow grease," but it is the best polish ever for 24-carat gold, silver, chrome or any metal. On some badly tarnished surfaces I use Five-Ought (00000) steel wool.I use it on wedding rings, wife's jewelry, car parts, any (pure metal, not lacquered piece) -- and lately on an antique gold hook.I restored the gold hook from dull-oxidized to brilliant gleam. Since Simichorme will polish away lacquer, I then sprayed this hook with clear lacquer. Neither my wife nor I knows where we got this gold hook -- but we were happy to be able to polish the original to its brilliant gold.)MAAS Metal Polish -- also a German product -- is similar, but I like Simichrome better.I am happy to find this product on Amazon. I cannot find Simichrome in local hardware stores -- and big box stores have never heard of Simichrome.I hope this review helps you.
