Please confirm & check your shipping address for any errors. If an address correction is needed there is an additional $15.00 address correction fee.
All freight or shipping charges are non refundable. If an order has freight included in the item's total, the freight charge is deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
Most orders ship within three working days. Unusually high demand may deplete our stock, temporarily. We will advise you when you can expect delivery, and you will be given the following options:
On credit orders, your account will be debited for those items, which are in stock and shipped immediately.
In order to keep our prices low, our prices and terms are applied equally on every order. The terms, conditions and prices cannot be modified under any circumstance, so please do not ask. The computer automatically processes all orders on the same basis and no provisions are made for perceived fault, reason or any other special circumstances.
Returned checks (insufficient funds) will be subject to a $25.00 charge. Checks, which have to be sent to collection, will be subject to a 50.00 fee plus reasonable attorney's fee in added to the amount of the check.
Occasionally we make our mailing list available to carefully selected companies with products of services that might interest you. International orders will be shipped via air parcel post, UPS Air or freight express. You will be notified of charges at the time of order. Canadian shipments- Items that are shipped standard delivery may be subject to a Canadian government invoked brokerage fee, payable Cash On Delivery, for any item valued at greater than $20.00. For Expedited and Express deliveries, the brokerage fee is paid in full as part of the delivery service. International Orders may be subject to import fees charged by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
All custom orders and large quantity orders are subject to a non refundable deposit. These orders will not be shipped before final payment has been received. If final payment is made by check shipment will not be made until check has cleared our bank. Custom orders can not be returned.
Returns must be made within 60 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid (C.O.D. returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable condition. Warranties will be null and void for items not in their original condition that have been modified or not in saleable condition. Custom orders are not returnable. If an item does not perform satisfactorily, return it under term of our guarantee. Returns may be made by properly packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise WITH A COPY OF THE PRINTOUT YOU RECEIVE WITH THE ORDER, along with any additional information that will help us process your return quickly. Mounting hardware has no protective finish. Please contact technical support at 1-800-659-3211 if you need the mounting hardware to be protected with a finish.
The colors of the products, finishes and paints (as shown in the catalog) may vary due to variations during the catalog printing process. We do make every effort to insure that product color are accurately represented.
Please help us maintain our low cost by returning to us the labels from any duplicate copies of our catalogs which you may receive.
Item says Shipped by truck(online) or marked with truck symbol(catalog) are shipped by truck. please ask our sales representative for price quotes on trucking fee to your area.This freight charge is for shipping only, and does not include inside delivery, unpacking or moving. All freight companies are only responsible to take our product(s) to their tailgate (end of the inside of their truck). This does not come with lift gate service. PLEASE NOTE: Many of the products are very large/heavy and may require at least two or three or more people to unload. Other delivery options are available for an additional charge and are the responsibility of the customer. These items are inspected and properly packed before shipment, but the trucking companies are responsible for insuring them against loss or damage after they leave our factory.
All prices are subject to change without notice and all orders are subject to prices as they exist at the time of shipment of order. Also, we reserve the right to make minor product modification and improvements other than what is shown or described in our catalog or on our web site. We are not responsible for any labor charge, injuries, incidental or consequential damages related to the installation use or repair of our products. Any defective/damaged items will be replaced under our guarantee/warranty but any additional fees such as but not limited to labor charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASME A112.19.2, Vitreous China Plumbing Fixtures and Hydraulic Requirements for Water Closets and Urinals, our registered trademark logo is applied to our sinks and toilets. Our logos may be included on other products for identification purposes.
Report any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt to the carrier immediately. You MUST retain all packaging material for the carrier's inspection. The carrier has signed for receipt of your package from our warehouse in good condition. This means that before replacement merchandise is issued to you, the damaged claim must be filed with the carrier (UPS, trucking firm, or U.S. Postal Service).
