The recessed toilet paper holder was very nice and good quality. I needed something different so I returned it.
The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the returning process. It was a bit challenging. They do not have any instructions for returns. I had to email them to figure how to. First, I had to get permission to qualify for a return. If they OK it you then have to pay for postage. No return label.
I really liked the brass on this as I prefer brass to brushed nickel or chrome, and I bought it as a way to keep my cat from clawing the toilet paper. There are two issues with it, however. 1. The brass on two of the 3 TP holders had slight scuff marks on the brass "lid". Not a big deal in our master bath, but I was glad I'd bought 3, so I had one perfect one for the guest bath. 2. The holder is too shallow for today's big rolls, and it's virtually impossible to get your Charmin or other brand in a regular size roll. So much so that you have to use the TP outside of the holder a few times before the roll is small enough to fit. Once you get it in the holder, it works great, AND the cat can't get to the TP and unroll or claw it. But I wish it was about 3/4 inch deeper to accommodate today's grande size TP rolls.
The little flaps that hold the roll are too rough behind them and scrap the the roll as it rolls it needs to be rounded or filled in on the back of these flaps so it toilet paper rolls can roll smoothly.Other than that shipped fine, and works as intended.

The tissue paper holder was reflective gold~must brighter than I'd hoped. It also was going to require more cutting into the sheet rock and in the end would still not have allowed a roll of paper to be flush into the wall. (the lip and toilet paper would have still stuck out of the wall) I was hoping for something more flush mounted that wouldn't stick out at all. Returned the item. Well made, great customer service! Just turned out not to fit my need.
