These are absolutely beautiful. Most items like these are very costly. We needed to allow access to the electrical box in my craft room. My husband built shutters and we used this to close it. I will say it looks slightly uneven once on bc the hook hangs lower than the unit. See pics for better understanding.

Cute lock! Bad screws.

Just installed this morning and I love the look of it but the screws it came with were flimsy and immediately stripped so I’d recommend getting bigger screws. So far I’m happy with it.

The hook looks exactly like what I wanted...AND it feels like good quality. However, the screws provided are not of good quality. The screws are flat heads and strip very easily.

Beautiful and Sturdy

Okay these are big! Check the dimensions but for us they fit well. We have and old house with wonky old doors so until they get replaced they keep the closets closed tight. They are pretty and fit with the antique door fixtures nicely. Very solid.

Very sturdy and cute Latch.

Used this as the latch on an antique pie safe that I refinished. Easy to install and looked great. Fit well with the style and age of the piece.

Nice solid hooks

I really like these. They have a heavy secure feeling, but super easy to put the hook in the eye. Comes with matching screws. I love the antique appearance.. I used them inside the (antique) house, for bathrooms and bedrooms. This way, no one can lock themselves out like always happens with those push button knob locks.

Exactly what I needed

I have double doors leading into my family room I want to keep my cats out of. Until just recently, they hadn't bothered trying to open these doors, so I didn't need anything to "lock" these doors. I wanted to install a lock that was easy for me to open one handed, but would make it impossible for my cats. This lock is well made and looks fantastic. I am so glad I found this product and it works great.

Strength and Beauty

I must have looked at hundreds of these before deciding to go with this particular set. I purchased 9 of them. These are very heavyweight, dimensions were accurate and they were a breeze to install. I was actually impressed by the heft of them and they have a coating on them that stand up to repeated use. I've had them for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased.

The long iron latch arrived yesterday and i immediately installed it to hold open an outside double French door. Perfect for this use. The heavy duty construction of the latch insures that the door is held securely open with no play. Very satisfied.

I have an old house and ordered these to add some charm to my old bathroom doors. I didnt realize how big and heavy they are. Yes they are iron. The quality is great and they are really pretty but definitely could be an nice accent for an iron or wood gate. I put them on my bathroom doors anyway and they look great and receive many compliments on them.
