The hinges are perfect, but the screws that come with them are not as quality as the hinge. I had to change them out, because the actual top of the screw kept stripping. I was putting them onto Pine which is a soft wood. That's the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. I did have to spend time getting exact screws to fit.

Nice rustic hinge
These hinges are a nice weight and worked out perfectly for the outdoor TV cabinet I built. I did purchase other screws that had a Phillips head so that I could use my power drill to attache them. The hinges come with flat blade screws.

Authentic cast iron!
Comes with flat head screws like period hardware should, no issues with intalation. We did go with a different screw than the ones included, but that had to do with the project on which they were being used. Only time will tell for durability (ah the test of time) but all the pieces seem to be of quality and were even more beautiful in person. Definately worth it for both asthetic and functionality!

Great hinges!
These were perfect. These doors weigh 80lbs each, and these hinges, three to each side were more than enough. Paired with the ring handles and center lock, it gave the bathroom an old world feel. The picture doesnt even do them justice. Up close, they are amazingly sturdy, real tough iron, with an old world feel.
