Black iron coat hooks perfect for my application
Very quick and easy transaction. I purchased 2 of these wall coat hooks to hang a quilt rod for a large quilt. I needed the rod to hang close to the wall as opposed to extended 3-4" from the wall. They worked out very well. Solid, easy to install.

I was looking for a rustic, robust hook for an outside use. These shipped quickly and arrived within 3 days of ordering, even with the COVID issues. I LOVE the hooks. They are heavy duty and have a nice, hammered look to them. But the screws are crap. They are flat head, not philips. The coating/paint that was applied to these screws on some of the screws made it nearly impossible to get a screwdriver into the slot. And, the coating flakes off with any slip of the screwdriver (which there were many of because it’s a flat slot and not a philips slot!). Also, these screws are designed to go into wood but have a very fine thread pattern that wouldn’t bite into the wood. I had to predrill every hole just to get these to thread. So, if you have your own short wood screws that are black I’d use those.
