This is the perfect size for our small bathroom and corner sink. While the unit does appear to be sturdy and very attractive, the finish is not great. It chipped easily just from being moved into place. I then noticed more chips after it had been installed (before it was even used). I touched up with some black paint and it looks fine now. But, I was disappointed for the price.
I turned a closet into a bathroom, and this fit so nicely with my corner sink it was really east to hang and it is well made
The corner medicine cabinet arrived on time and undamaged. It's as advertised and looks great. I haven't installed it yet but I don't see any problems doing that. Basic skills and a cordless drill should do the job. Small level also. I would highly recommend this product.
Overall we are quite happy with the cabinet. It is perfect for our teeny half bath. It is as sturdy as any cabinet under $200 will be. We had it installed in new construction, so I don know how easy installation is.I took off one star because there is one small blemish on the mirror, and the interior was dusty when it arrived, but I would definitely purchase it again.
I had to take pictures of this as it was really shoddy. The paint job was bad and looking unfinished and caulking all over the back of the mirror. Mirror had black spots (not on the mirror outside but you can see them in the mirror reflection). Paint job looked touched up in places and white spots where it wasn't touched up well. The mirror was loose on a couple of the metal straps that were meant to hold it in so there was a really bad chalking job in a few places. For paying $180.00 I did expect something better not something I have to repaint and fix up.
Amazon rotated my images. I was happy to receive this well-packed and damage free. I was even happier it did not need any touchup that I was expecting based on reviews. It is very solid, the mirror doesn't have unsightly brackets on the back, there is no overspray, the inside appears ready-to-go, and it even has soft-close hinges which was a bonus from old reviews I looked at. Nothing wrong with this unit and I was pleasantly surprised I feel much better about the price after receiving it.
Over-all the cabinet is of good quality and met my expectations for color, size, and solid wood. The only problem was the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet so one could attach it to the wall. The holes didn't line up with the studs in the wall. Using the plastic inserts around the screws/nails was of no help because they simply did not work. The sheet rock wall could not hold them in place, they just fell out. My husband found a way around this problem; he did not use the pre-drilled holes. He had to patch them up once he found a way to attach it to the wall using the pre-existing studs. I would recommend NOT having the pre-drilled holes.
For the price you can not het a better product. It will come with some imperfections that you can fix easily (some scratch there, a so so knob, the need to adjust the door, etc. But hey... I am happy that I did not expend a ridiculous amount of money in my guest bathroom.
Make sure your installer knows which side is up. LOL- mine must be left handed or something? Plus side is that it still looks pretty cute, even tho upside down! No complaints here except I wish they made sure the mirror was fastened a tad bit more securely on the inside... No issues!
The cabinet had obviously sat in a warehouse for a while somewhere. The inner flat metal pieces that hold the mirror were rusty, there was no knob at all (I was putting on a crystal one anyway), and the bottom is unfinished so if you want it to be aesthetic, you need to paint the bottom. Otherwise if it's in a small powder room like ours, you can see the bottom when sitting down. The good thing is that I didn't really have to assemble it. That is always such a huge pain. It looks good, esp. with the crystal knob from D. Lawless H/W.
I wanted to let you know that I was disappointed in the quality of this Corner Cabinet. The interior of the cabinet barely had any finish on it. It was very rough, never sanded and there were many areas of bare wood. It looks like it was just passed over with a quick, thin, sloppy shot of spray stain. The metal corner brackets inside the mirrored door are totally rusted. The door does not close. It stays open an inch. Warped? I believe it was exposed to extreme moisture or got wet somehow. I had to install my own magnetic catch. There was no knob included with my cabinet. I had to go out and buy a door pull. There were No instructions or hardware on how to properly install the unit. Overall, I find it hard to believe that this unit went out of your warehouse this way and passed your quality control team. Looks nice on the outside, but not worth the money I paid for it.
Fit perfect in my tiny bathroom
Well built, fits perfectly for my application.
