Quality is good and I like how it only sticks out from the wall whatever the depth of the tp roll is.My issue is that it isn't the easiest to get the roll of tp on it. My concern is that with the constant spreading of the metal arms to place a roll on it, that eventually it will break.If this is placed in a bathroom that doesn't get much use, it should be ok.
