The doorbell buttons are made well, good quality, no issues, HOWEVER, the screws supplied are complete garbage. 3 of the 4 screws broke under slight stress, even when I pre-drilled the screw holes. I had to supply my own. Added 9/1/2024: One of the buttons failed after a few days of use, very poor electric contact made. returned for replacement. Was sent another button with the same problem. I got tired of returns so I took button apart, it was filthy inside. After I cleaned it, it worked a little bit better, not much. This looks like a nice button but is cheap made in India junk.

Love this vintage look doorbell
Really like the quality and style of this doorbell but ended up not using it as it needed to be recessed into the masonry and I really just wanted one I could exchange wires for with my old one. But if you have a hole in the center and are able to recess I would say this is a good buy

Perfect look for our patio door.

Exactly as advertised
I liked the look of this button and I was not disappointed. My installation uses oversized screws to attach to metal siding, so I sacrificed some of the elegance, but I'm still pleased with the appearance. Mechanically the button has a nice solid feel, and a robust spring. Now, if only I had visitors...

door bell had no packing on the inside of the unit, moving it around would cause it to make its sound so the weight of the bell caused it to break the plastic holding it on we were able to fix it and it is working as it should the button we got was great.

Very Nice. Well made. We used this as a horn button on our vintage boat mod and it has a very cool "Dr. Seuss" vibe to it:) We will see how it holds up to the marine environment and I will try and update in a few months or so.<br><br>Update 3/11/2017<br><br>Well, it's been over a year and this button has held up under salt water conditions and outdoors. Not a hint of oxidation or wear. Stll looks as new as the day we bought it. Highly recommend!
