Solid build and seems like it should last a long time. Would recommend this over those iron latches that will rust and break ( i had installed an iron latch that i purchased from amazon and 2 weeks later it rusted and the handle broke off). This one is brass and wont rust like those cheaper ones. Get it and you will be happy with your choice.
Solid. Good for the money.
For the price I had my doubts it would actually be solid brass but it is. I'm amazed at the Quality for the price. Careful the screws will break easily since they are not Steel but that's expected with small brass screws.
Looks wonderful and works well on an indoor French door we need to keep locked to keep out a cat.Came quickly
