Great quality for a high use area

We purchased this hook in order to hold the door open just enough for the cats to get to their food and litter box, without the dogs doing the same thing. It’s perfect on the sliding barn door. This is a really well made latching hook that swings in several directions. We can use it dozens of times a day and it is just not showing any signs of strain or wear. Our daughter’s huge husky shepherd mix didn’t break it or get by it. I will wholeheartedly recommend them and need to buy more.

We like this latch for our sliding barn door. It lays flat against the door frame so it lays flat easier.

Handsome, and easy to install! I use it to permanently prop open a door 6". (Giving my cat permanent access to the litterbox.)

Works great, but chips easy

The product installed easy, looks great and works great for my barn door, but the black "coating" has chipped off in a few places. The first piece chipped the day I bought it when I dropped it from a few inches off the floor. My fault, but I thought it would have been a little more sturdy. Still the best one I found and it looks great on my barn door.

Well made 6 inch eye and hook for gates and doors

We just bought a 16' X 10' shed, very nice looks like a small house and has two windows with white grate pattern and screens for Summer use. It has double shed doors that have black strap hinges. The doors only had a rubber bumper to keep the doors from hitting the shed walls. It's windy where we live, so I bought these eye and hooks to secure the doors in the open position. They came very quickly and look great. The hook fits snugly in the eye and will not pop out unexpectedly like cheap hardware store types often do. Nice coating and matches our original hardware.

This is my 2nd and probably not the last purchase of these. They’re rustic. Durable. And absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed, but you will be using them for everything!

Very nice hardware, looks amazing

I bought 2 of these to keep bedroom doors slightly ajar to prevent cats from entering but to allow air flow. They work great and the hook and eye are a nice size so if I am inside the room, easy to latch or unlatch. Love them!
