The product itself is great. Just as pictured, it's sturdy and attractive in a black satin finish and it comes with screws which many hasps do not.
But beyond the product itself, the customer service is exceptional. When I noted in a request for feedback that the first item shipped had a minor manufacturing defect, they asked for a photo of it and then immediately sent me a replacement which is flawless. This avoided my having to pack up and return the defective item. I am very impressed with Renovator's Supply and would highly recommend them.
